My career started as an on-camera sports reporter for the University of Alabama, a dream realized, as I stood sideline with a camera and mic, feet away from clanking helmets. It was thrilling!

My next career step took me behind-the-scenes to Scripps Networks Interactive (now Discovery), producing videos and shows for their high-profile brands HGTV, Travel Channel and others. I was involved in every part of the long- and short-form production process, from brainstorming and writing, to field-producing and shooting, to post-producing and delivering. This career took me all over the country to create content for a global audience. 

After several years there, I ventured into freelancing, something that had always been on my mind. 

I now use my skills to take brands and destinations to the next level through creating and sharing strategic content on social and digital platforms. From ghostwriting blogs and shooting videos to managing social media pages and editing reels, I love working one-on-one with clients to help them surpass their goals.
